Bernardo Leal, MBA

Over 20 years of international experience in Finance, Strategic Planning, and Marketing. Bernardo began his career as an auditor at KPMG, conducting fieldwork for clients such as CEMEX and GE in financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal control assessments. A former executive at John Deere, he led multicultural teams across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Bernardo is known for his strategic clarity, restorative leadership, and strong cost-benefit mindset. He has initiated team restructures, supported ERP implementations, and mentored professionals through self-development initiatives

Eduardo Leal, PhD

Founder of ELEAL y Asociados, which later evolved into ELEAL Consulting. With a 50-year career in Organizational Development, Eduardo has held executive roles in leading subsidiaries of ALFA and FEMSA, and advised numerous companies across Latin America and Spain since the early 1990s. He is a tenured researcher and professor in the postgraduate programs in Psychology at UANL and at ITESM TEC Salud. A former member of Mexico’s National System of Researchers (CONACYT), he is also the author of Administración de la Sabiduría (Trillas, Mexico) and a widely respected voice in corporate and academic circles
